This is for people who don't want a doula present at birth but would like help planning their birth. We will work together to look at all your birthing plan options and I will help you design a plan A B or C. I can help you understand your rights during birth and signpost to the most up to date information avalible.
What you get
A birth plan template
After your free consultation where you see different types of birth plans (visual, written, colour-coded) I will send you the template that most suits your needs. Not to worry if that one doesn't feel right, I have a few to choose one or we can create something new for you.
Time
You get two hours of my time to go through your birth plan with you and answer any questions you have. You can also send me your finished birth plan and we can have a 15 minute follow up call to check how you feel with it.
Information
You get all relevant and most up to date information but also help on how to explain your care needs to medical professionals. I can send you links, videos or articles to support you in making informed birth choices.
